I grew up in Termoli and studied Physics at University of Pisa from 2009 to 2014. During my Master's degree studies I focused on theoretical physics and later on Lattice QCD. In particular, in my thesis work, whose title is “Quark-antiquark interactions in background magnetic fields”, I studied the effect of strong magnetic fields on the heavy quark potential both under a theoretical and phenomenological point of view. Since then, I carried on the study of the QCD in non-perturbative regime by means of its lattice formulation.
Besides physics, I like photography and, especially while travelling, I always carry camera and lenses in my backpack. I also enjoy reading, in particular about current events or recent history.
