Research: Kinetic scale turbulence in a magnetized plasma

My name is Giuseppe Arrò and i'm enrolled in a joint PhD programme between the University of Pisa and KU Leuven (Belgium). I obtained my master degree at the University of Pisa in April 2019. My research activity focuses on the study of turbulence in collisionless magnetized plasmas. This study is mainly carried out using numerical simulations and has applications to the dynamics of the solar wind and of the Earth's magnetosphere.
