Dario Rossi
I was born in Empoli (Florence, Italy) in December 1999. After obtaining my High School diploma from Liceo Scientifico “Il Pontormo” in 2018, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics at the University of Pisa, graduating in 2021 with a thesis on mass transfer in binary star systems, under the supervision of Prof. Pier Giorgio Prada Moroni. I then enrolled in the theoretical curriculum of the Master's program in Physics at the University of Pisa, focusing on field theories and General Relativity. In 2024, I completed my Master’s with a thesis titled “Black Holes in modified gravity theories”, supervised by Prof. Leonardo Gualtieri, where I investigated black holes phenomenology in scalar-Gauss-Bonnet gravity, specifically examining spontaneous scalarization and stability under radial perturbations. My research interests include gravity theories, gravitational waves, compact objects physics and early-universe cosmology.
