I was born in 2001 and grew up in Bagheria (PA), Sicily. Between 2017 and 2018, I spent a year abroad in Nova Scotia, Canada, where I obtained a Canadian high school diploma. In 2019, I obtained the Italian-French double diploma through the ESABAC program at my scientific high school.
I enrolled at the University of Palermo, where I obtained my Bachelor degree in Physics in July 2022. Afterwards, I joined the Master degree in Physics at the University of Pisa.
In 2023, I attended a Summer School at Fermilab, where I began working with the ICARUS collaboration inside the SBN program. During the same year, I also spent a semester in Barcelona through the Erasmus mobility program.
In 2024, I started my Master thesis under the supervision of Prof. Simone Donati, Dr. Filippo Varanini and Dr. Alberto Guglielmi, focusing on the muon momentum reconstruction in the ICARUS-T600 LArTPC via Multiple Coulomb Scattering (MCS) techniques. In 2025, I defended my thesis and continued my research through a research fellowship from the University of Pisa, which I will carry on during my PhD studies.
