Gabriele D'Anniballe
I was born in Pontedera (PI) in 1997. There, I obtained my High School Diploma in 2016 at the Liceo Scientifico “XXV Aprile. I studied Physics at the University of Pisa, earning my bachelor's degree in 2020. I then specialized in particle physics, pursuing the Fundamental Interactions curriculum at the University of Pisa and graduating in May 2023. For my master's thesis, supervised by Prof. Paolo Francavilla, I worked within the ATLAS collaboration at the LHC on the optimization of the VH(bb) analysis. This analysis targets the measurement of the Higgs boson decay into a b-quark pair, exploiting its associated production with a leptonically decaying vector boson (W or Z). My future plan is to continue working within the ATLAS collaboration, deepening my understanding of Higgs boson physics by studying double Higgs production.
